I’m done with weight. Weight doesn’t determine me. Weight doesn’t determine what I look like. What does? Hard work, sweat, tears, blood, bruises, popped blood vessels. Cursing, screaming, and pushing. Never giving up. That is what will make me perfect in my eyes, and I won’t stop till I get there.
If you have any questions, just ask.
I play volleyball almost year round. Competitively in the fall for my high school team, (I’m trying out for Varsity next year) Practice 4-5 days a week with games 1-2 days a week.
Pre-season practice/tryouts: 2 hour strength and conditioning workout in the morning, 3 hour volleyball practice in the evening, Monday through Friday. 4 hour volleyball practice on Saturday.
My coach? 6’4”, ex-Olympian, and my personal motivator. It’s a curse and a blessing.
Club season is from November to May with practices anywhere from 2-4 days a week and tournaments almost every weekend.
I
I know what my body type needs, so don’t tell me what I’m doing is in someway unhealthy. Chances are, if something is, I already know it (for instance my general inability to eat breakfast). But I’m getting a lot better!
This is a motivational, healthy blog and I do not in any way support or endorse eating disorders. I’ve already gone through that, and I can’t tell you how painful it was. How painful it is. If you think you need any help, advice, you feel like you might snap, etc. do not hesitate to ask me.
I promise there will always be at least one person here to help you.
